Our Process

First and foremost we want you to know that you are not alone!

We understand how overwhelming it can be when you or your loved one need care. There are so many things to take into consideration. Its important that we have a good understanding of your situation, and care needs. We have an assessment that helps us understand and document your care needs, social needs, budget, and what your long term goals are. 

Our assessments are typically done in person, and are FREE. We are very flexible, and can schedule appointments during regular business hours, as well as nights and weekends. Whatever is most convenient for you and your family.

Once we perform the assessment we will complete your care plan. Its our goal to take the burden off your plate while we seek the best communities that check all of the boxes of your wants and needs on your list. We reach out to the communities that are most appropriate to ensure they have openings, and then coordinate a tour. We will take you to tour all of the recommended communities. This gives you an opportunity to  see them personally, meet their care staff, speak to their existing residents, and select the community that you or your loved one could call home.

We will also assist in getting the required documents needed to move into a community. Our assistance doesn't stop there! Once you are moved in we will follow up to see how you are settling in, and see if there is anything we can do to help.
