Many Assisted Livings and Residential Care Homes offer Memory Care. There are also large facilities that provide memory care exclusively. 

When looking for memory care its important to look for facilities that not only have experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia, but that offer a high level of care. As the disease advances the level of care will also increase. You want to make sure you find a place where your loved one can stay as they decline.
